Ingrédients
  

Chocolate Base

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 50 g butter

Mix-ins

  • 100 g mini marshmallows
  • 100 g mixed nuts Almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts
  • 50 g dried fruit Optional, like cranberries or cherries

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Measure out dark and milk chocolate, mini marshmallows, mixed nuts, and dried fruit.
  • Break dark and milk chocolate into smaller pieces and add butter in a bowl.

Melting Chocolate

  • Set the bowl over a pot of simmering water to create a double boiler and stir gently until melted.
  • Once melted, carefully remove the bowl and let cool for a minute.

Mix Ingredients

  • Add mini marshmallows, mixed nuts, and dried fruit into the melted chocolate mixture and stir until well coated.

Setting

  • Transfer the mixture into a lined tray and spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate for at least two hours.

Serving

  • After setting, cut into bite-sized squares and enjoy!

Notes

Best served chilled. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For freezing, individually wrap pieces and thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
