Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all the ingredients. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and chop them into small pieces.

Mixing

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until evenly mixed.

Forming Clusters

  • Using a tablespoon, scoop portions of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Shape into small clusters.

Freezing Clusters

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1 to 2 hours until solid.

Melting Chocolate

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted.

Dipping Clusters

  • Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring even coating.

Final Freezing

  • Return the baking sheet to the freezer and let cluster freeze for 30 minutes to an hour.

Serving

  • Serve the clusters straight from the freezer for a refreshing treat.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2-3 months. Separate layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
