  • 1 pound Fresh strawberries, washed and stems removed
  • 8 ounces Dark chocolate (or milk chocolate)

Ingredients for Yogurt Dip

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 tablespoons Honey to taste

Preparation

  • Wash the strawberries under cool water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel. Make sure they’re completely dry.
  • Chop your chocolate into smaller pieces if using a chocolate bar.

Melting Chocolcate

  • Melt the chocolate using either a microwave or a double boiler. If using a microwave, heat in 30-second intervals until smooth. For a double boiler method, stir until melted over simmering water.

Dipping

  • Once the chocolate is melted, dip each strawberry into the chocolate and allow excess chocolate to drip off.

Cooling

  • Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Yogurt Preparation

  • Drizzle honey into the Greek yogurt to taste and mix well until combined.

Serving

  • Arrange the chocolate-dipped strawberries on a platter alongside the honey yogurt.
