Melting the Chocolate

  • Place the dark or milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or use a double boiler.
  • Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted and smooth.

Dipping Strawberries

  • Hold a strawberry by the green leaf top and dip it into the chocolate, ensuring it's about two-thirds coated.
  • Allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl, then place the dipped strawberry onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Repeat this process for all strawberries.
