  • Add chocolate chips and stir until melted and fully incorporated.
  • Fold in banana slices gently, allowing them to soften slightly in the warm oats.
  • Serve warm in bowls, topped with extra banana slices or chocolate chips if desired.

Notes

You can customize this recipe with your favorite toppings like nuts, berries, or nut butter. For a vegan version, use almond milk and maple syrup instead of dairy milk and honey. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat with a splash of milk.
