Instructions
Preparation
- Gather all ingredients including eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, truffle oil, and chives.
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot covered with cold water. Bring to a boil, cover, and turn off the heat. Let sit for 12-14 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for about 5 minutes to cool and ease peeling.
- Gently tap each egg on a hard surface and roll to crack the shell, then peel starting from the wider end.
- Cut the peeled eggs in half lengthwise, carefully scoop out the yolks, and place them in a mixing bowl.
Making the Filling
