Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Chop your mixed vegetables finely for even distribution.
  • Ensure the cream cheese is softened to make mixing easier.

Mix the Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped vegetables, softened cream cheese, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Stir until everything is blended well.

Prepare for Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.

Form and Fill the Cups

  • Take a wonton wrapper and press it into each muffin tin cavity to shape it into a cup.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture into each wonton cup, filling them generously but leaving some space at the top.

Bake the Cups

  • Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15–20 minutes until edges are golden brown and crispy.

Cool and Serve

  • Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the cups cool for about 5 minutes.
  • Gently remove each wonton cup and transfer to a serving platter.
  • Serve warm and consider garnishing with fresh herbs or sesame seeds.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10–15 minutes.
