  • Gather all your ingredients. Slice the chicken sausage into bite-sized pieces, dice your bell pepper and zucchini, and measure out the orzo and chicken broth.

Cooking the Base

Adding Vegetables

  • Stir in the diced bell pepper and zucchini. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Incorporating Orzo and Broth

  • Add the orzo pasta and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.

Cooking Orzo

  • Allow the orzo to cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until al dente.

Adding Spinach
