  • 1 1/2 cups croutons
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients, including seasoning for the chicken.
  • Chop the romaine lettuce and set aside.

Cooking the Chicken

  • In a medium skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken breasts for 8-10 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it cool, then cut into bite-sized cubes.

Cooking the Pasta

  • Boil water in a pot and cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and cool.

Assembling the Salad

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed chicken, cooked pasta, croutons, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated parmesan cheese.
