Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli

- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package pizza dough
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

- Gather all your ingredients. Ensure the chicken is cooked and shredded, the bacon is crumbled, and the mozzarella cheese is shredded. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir until everything is evenly coated and well mixed.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about 12 inches by 10 inches.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch border around the edges.
- Carefully roll the dough away from you, tucking in the edges as you go to prevent any filling from spilling out. Pinch the seams to seal it well.
- Place the stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Using a brush, apply the beaten egg on the top of the stromboli.
- Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, let the stromboli cool on a wire rack for a few minutes.
- After cooling, slice the stromboli into hearty pieces and serve with a drizzle of ranch dressing on the side.
Notes
