  • Begin by peeling and thinly slicing your potatoes.

Layering

  • Place half of your potato slices in the greased dish, arranging them evenly.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, and half of the minced garlic over the potato layer. Then, add half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Layer the rest of the remaining potato slices on top.

Final Assembly

  • Gently pour the heavy cream all over the layered potatoes.
  • Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
