  • 4 large tortillas Lettuce wraps can be used for a low-carb option.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prep your workspace and gather all ingredients.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with garlic aioli. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assembly

  • Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese with the chicken and aioli.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 15-20 seconds on each side.
  • On each warm tortilla, place a portion of the chicken and cheese mixture in the center.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up, securing with a toothpick if necessary.

Cooking

  • Toast the wraps seam-side down in the skillet for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese has melted.
  • Flip carefully to toast the other side.

Serving

  • Let the wraps cool for a minute, then slice in half for easy eating and serve.

Notes

These wraps can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a microwave or skillet.
