Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and ensure cream cheese is softened.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mixing

  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix until smooth.

Assembling

  • Unroll one can of crescent roll dough onto a greased baking dish, pressing seams together to form a base.
  • Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the crescent dough.
  • Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and cover the cream cheese filling.

Final Touches

  • Brush melted butter over the top layer of crescent rolls.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and filling is set.
