Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Wash the jalapeños under cold water and dry them thoroughly.
  • Set your oven to preheat at 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and carefully remove the seeds.

Mixing Filling

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir well until fully incorporated.

Stuffing and Baking

  • Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  • Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and jalapeños are tender.
