Charcuterie Cups

  • 8 oz brie cheese sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 6 oz prosciutto crispy
  • 1 package phyllo pastry thawed (1 lb or 450 g)
  • olive oil or melted butter for brushing
  • fresh herbs or chopped nuts optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut phyllo pastry into 4×4 inch squares. Layer several sheets in each muffin tin slot to form cups.
  • Brush layered phyllo with olive oil or melted butter. Bake for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Cool slightly, then fill each cup with brie cheese, a spoonful of cranberry sauce, and a piece of crispy prosciutto.
  • Return to oven and bake for 5–10 more minutes, until brie is melted and bubbly.
  • Top with fresh herbs or nuts if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These cups can be prepared ahead of time—assemble and refrigerate, then bake just before serving. For variation, try swapping brie for goat cheese, or adding a touch of honey or fig jam for sweetness.
