These Charcuterie Cups combine creamy brie cheese, tangy cranberry sauce, and crispy prosciutto in golden phyllo shells. Perfect for any occasion, they’re easy to make, elegant to serve, and full of irresistible flavor!
Cut phyllo pastry into 4×4 inch squares. Layer several sheets in each muffin tin slot to form cups.
Brush layered phyllo with olive oil or melted butter. Bake for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
Cool slightly, then fill each cup with brie cheese, a spoonful of cranberry sauce, and a piece of crispy prosciutto.
Return to oven and bake for 5–10 more minutes, until brie is melted and bubbly.
Top with fresh herbs or nuts if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These cups can be prepared ahead of time—assemble and refrigerate, then bake just before serving. For variation, try swapping brie for goat cheese, or adding a touch of honey or fig jam for sweetness.
