Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Peel the bananas and slice them into evenly sized rounds.

Cooking

  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until slightly bubbling.
  • Stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens.
  • Carefully add banana slices to the skillet, coating them in the caramel mixture.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on one side, gently flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Serving

  • Remove from heat and serve warm as a topping over pancakes, waffles, or ice cream.

Notes
