  • 1/2 cup orange juice Freshly squeezed is best for flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional, adjust based on sweetness preference.

Preparation

  • Start by preparing your ingredients. Cut the cantaloupe in half, scoop out the seeds, and then peel and cube it. Slice the banana to make blending easier.

Mixing

  • In a blender, combine the cubed cantaloupe and sliced banana.
  • Measure and add the yogurt to the blender.
  • Pour in the orange juice.
  • If desired, add honey to sweeten.
  • Blend everything together until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding more juice or yogurt as needed.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary, blending again.

Serving

  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately for the best flavor.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 24 hours. For freezing, use ice cube trays and thaw as needed.
