Ingrédients
  

Tart Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups digestive biscuits or graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Mousse Filling

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Cadbury Flake chocolate crumbled
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp gelatin optional, for extra firmness
  • 2 tbsp cold water

Garnish

  • extra Cadbury Flake chocolate or chocolate shavings
  • whipped cream optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.
  • Mix the biscuit crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the tart pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and set. Cool completely.
  • If using gelatin, dissolve it in cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  • Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and set aside.
  • Melt the milk chocolate and let it cool slightly. Mix with powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Add dissolved gelatin (if using), then fold in whipped cream until smooth and fluffy.
  • Gently fold in the crumbled Cadbury Flake chocolate.
  • Spoon the mousse filling into the cooled tart crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  • Before serving, garnish with extra Cadbury Flake chocolate and whipped cream if desired.

Notes

For an extra-decadent touch, drizzle melted chocolate on top before serving. You can also use dark or white chocolate variations for a flavor twist.
