For the Rolls

  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls Store-bought crescent rolls.
  • 6 pieces Eggs Whisked with salt and pepper.
  • 4 slices American cheese Can substitute with other cheeses.
  • 6 strips Bacon Cooked until crispy.
  • to taste Salt Adjust based on preference.
  • to taste Pepper Adjust based on preference.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all the ingredients. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then place it on paper towels to drain.

Cooking

  • In the same skillet, scramble the eggs over medium heat until fully set. Remove from heat.
  • Once the eggs are cooked, divide them into 8 equal portions, shaping them into ovals or rectangles.

Assembly

  • Open the can of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and lay out each triangle on a clean surface.
  • Cut each slice of cheese in half, yielding 8 pieces.
  • On the wide end of each triangle, place one slice of cheese, a strip of bacon, and a portion of scrambled eggs.
  • Start from the wide end and roll each crescent roll towards the pointed end, sealing the edges.
  • Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each roll.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the crescent rolls for about 13 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for best results. Can be frozen for up to a month.
