Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients in one place.
  • Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a zip-top bag and a rolling pin.

Mixing

  • In a mixing bowl, blend the crushed Biscoff cookies with the cream cheese until smooth and well combined.

Forming

  • Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls.
  • Place the formed truffles on a baking sheet.

Chilling

  • Refrigerate the truffles for 30 minutes to help them firm up.

Coating

  • Melt the dark chocolate using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are completely coated.
  • Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet with space between each.

Dusting and Final Chill

  • Dust the tops with cocoa powder before the chocolate hardens.
  • Refrigerate for another 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
