  • ½ cup mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used for a healthier twist.
  • 4 large flour tortillas Whole wheat or low-carb options available.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Pepper jack can be used for a spicier flavor.
  • to taste Dill pickle slices Optional but recommended.
  • to taste Olive oil For cooking.

Special Sauce Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • to taste chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Chop the onion finely and set aside.

Cooking the Base

  • In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  • Add the lean ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until well browned.

Making the Special Sauce

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Mix until smooth to create the delicious special sauce.

Assembling the Wraps

  • Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface.
  • Spread a generous amount of the special sauce over each tortilla.
  • On top of the sauce, place a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture.
  • Follow with shredded lettuce and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, and add pickles if desired.
  • Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to keep fillings secure.

Cooking the Wraps (Optional)

  • For an added crunch, place the rolled wraps back in the skillet.
  • Cook on each side for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Serving

  • Once cooked, slice the wraps in half or enjoy them whole.
  • Serve warm and drizzle extra sauce on top if desired.

Notes

Leftover Big Mac Wraps can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days. Reheat in the microwave for about 30 seconds to a minute. For freezing, wrap tightly in cling film and place in a freezer-safe bag; they can be frozen for up to 2 months.
