Dressing Ingredients

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash all your fresh produce. Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces, and set it aside.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber and red bell pepper, and thinly slice the red onion.

Mixing the Salad

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and diced red bell pepper.

Preparing the Dressing
