  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces Can be substituted with M&M's
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda Ensure freshness

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather all your ingredients and tools, including a mixing bowl, baking sheet, and parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and sugar, mixing until smooth.
  • Add the egg, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and baking soda until well-blended.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and peanut butter chips evenly throughout the dough.
  • Gently stir in Reese’s Pieces.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving enough space between them.

Baking

  • Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. They can also be frozen for up to three months. Reheat them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds for a fresh-baked taste.
