  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch For thickening the sauce.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season according to preference.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Thinly slice the beef against the grain.
  • Wash and chop your mixed vegetables.
  • Mince the garlic and ginger.

Cooking

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 1 minute.
  • Incorporate the sliced beef, cooking until browned, around 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the mixed vegetables and stir continuously for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Mix soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl, then pour into the pan, thickening the sauce.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper; add red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

Let leftovers cool before refrigerating. Can be reheated in a microwave or on a stovetop.
