Ingrédients
  

Beef Noodle Casserole

  • 12 oz egg noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onion until browned. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, beef mixture, and sour cream. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish, top with shredded cheese, and bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

You can add peas or mushrooms for extra vegetables, or substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
