Ingrédients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix sliced beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Add another tablespoon of oil, then sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Return beef to the pan and add remaining soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to coat.
  • Cook for 2 more minutes until everything is heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy!

Notes

Pour un goût plus relevé, ajoutez un filet d’huile de sésame ou quelques flocons de piment rouge. Se conserve 3 à 4 jours au réfrigérateur ou 2 mois au congélateur.
