Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients together. Shred your cooked chicken if not already done, and slice the red onion thinly.
  • Chop cilantro for garnish.

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • On a baking sheet, place the flatbread and spread an even layer of BBQ sauce over the surface.
  • Spread the shredded chicken evenly across the flatbread.
  • Sprinkle the thinly sliced red onion over the chicken.
