Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your baking dish with butter.
  • Layer the cubed brioche bread in the greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the sliced strawberries generously over the bread.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bread and strawberries, ensuring every piece of bread is soaked.

Baking

  • Allow the dish to sit for about 15 minutes to soak in.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  • Carefully remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
