  • 1 clove garlic, minced For aromatic flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Gather all your ingredients on the countertop, chopping the garlic and rinsing the cherry tomatoes if needed.

Assembly

  • Place the feta block into a baking dish, centered.
  • Toss the cherry tomatoes around the feta.
  • Drizzle the olive oil all over the feta and tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle the dried oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper over everything.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the feta is soft and the tomatoes are bursting.
  • Once done, let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving.

Serving

  • Gently mix the melted feta and tomatoes together and serve warm with crispy bread, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks.

Notes

Allow leftovers to cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Reheat gently when serving.
