Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Gently toss to combine without mashing the avocado too much.
Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or store covered in the fridge for up to 1 day.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a clove of minced garlic or a drizzle of olive oil. Best enjoyed fresh!
