  • 3 parts Prosecco A dry Italian sparkling wine
  • 2 parts Aperol The signature bitter-sweet orange liqueur
  • 1 part soda water To add fizz
  • 1 slice Orange slice For garnish
  • as needed Ice cubes To keep the drink chilled

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and tools: a wine glass, ice cubes, Prosecco, Aperol, soda water, and an orange.
  • Fill your wine glass halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour in three parts of Prosecco over the ice.
  • Add two parts of Aperol to the glass.
  • Add one part of soda water to your glass.
  • Gently stir the mixture to combine without disturbing the bubbles.
  • Garnish with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy while cold and bubbly.

Notes

This cocktail can easily be adapted for personal preference by adjusting the sweetness or bitterness. Using flavored sodas can also add a unique twist. Best enjoyed fresh, as the fizz is essential to the experience.
