Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients together.
  • Measure the cup of mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, measure out the whipped cream.
  • Gently add the mini marshmallows into the bowl with the whipped cream.
  • Fold in the mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks carefully.
  • Stir in the shredded coconut to distribute evenly.
  • Add the maraschino cherries and optional chopped nuts if desired.
  • Carefully fold all ingredients together to combine without crushing.

Chilling and Serving

  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve chilled, adding extra coconut or nuts on top if desired.
