Ingrédients
  

Fruits and Berries

  • 2 cups Fresh Pineapple, cut into small pieces
  • 1 15-ounce can Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 1 14-ounce jar Maraschino Cherries, drained
  • 1 cup Green Grapes, cut in half

Base and Toppings

  • 1 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 3 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 1/3 cups Heavy Cream, cold Can substitute with coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream Can omit or substitute with Greek yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped Can replace with seeds for nut allergy substitution.

Sweetener

  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar Adjust to taste; can use honey or agave as substitutes.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients and washing the fresh fruits. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and halve the green grapes. Set these aside.

Whipped Cream Dressing

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar and continue to whip until fluffy.
  • Fold in the sour cream until fully combined.

Combining

  • In a separate bowl, combine pineapple, mandarin oranges, maraschino cherries, shredded coconut, mini marshmallows, halved grapes, and chopped pecans. Mix gently.
  • Top the fruit mixture with the whipped cream dressing and fold together gently.
  • Taste and add more sugar if necessary.

Chilling and Serving

  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
  • Stir gently before serving, and consider garnishing with extra shredded coconut or whole cherries.

Notes

Best served chilled and consumed within three days. Do not freeze. Can easily be customized based on seasonal fruits and personal preferences.
