Preparation

  • Begin by measuring out all your ingredients. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Mixing Dry Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, powdered sugar, and salt until smooth.

Whipping Egg Whites

  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.

Combining Mixtures

  • Gently fold the dry mixture into the beaten egg whites, and add the vanilla and almond extracts.

Portioning the Batter

  • Drop mounds of batter onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving 2 inches of space between each mound.

Adding Toppings & Baking
