Ingrédients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter The base of the recipe, providing delicious flavor and protein.
  • 1/2 cup honey A natural sweetener that also binds the ingredients together.
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats Adds texture and helps absorb moisture for a satisfying bite.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour the creamy peanut butter and honey into the mixing bowl first, then add the old-fashioned oats.
  • Using a sturdy spoon or spatula, stir the ingredients together until they form a sticky mixture.
  • If the mixture feels too dry, add a touch more honey. If it’s too wet, sprinkle in extra oats until you reach a good consistency.
  • To avoid sticking, lightly wet your hands. This will make it easier to roll the mixture into balls without getting too messy.
  • Take a small handful of the mixture and shape it into one-inch balls. Keep them uniform in size for the best eating experience.
  • As you roll the balls, place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate the formed balls for at least 30 minutes.
  • After chilling, the peanut butter balls are ready to be enjoyed!
  • If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

These peanut butter balls are customizable with add-ins like chocolate chips or dried fruits for extra flavor. Store in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
