  • 1/4 cup butter Enhances the flavor of mashed potatoes and stuffing.
  • 1 cup chicken broth Keeps the turkey moist and delicious.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Essential seasonings that elevate the dish.

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. This will make the cooking process smoother and easier.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season the turkey breast liberally with salt and pepper, both inside and out.
  • Set the seasoned turkey in a roasting pan. Add 1 cup of chicken broth to the bottom of the pan.

Cooking

  • Cover the roasting pan with foil and roast the turkey for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • While the turkey roasts, prepare the stuffing according to package instructions.
  • In a separate pot, add diced potatoes and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender.
  • Drain and mash the potatoes with butter and salt.
  • Steam the green beans for about 5-7 minutes until bright green and tender.
  • Once the turkey has rested for 10 minutes, slice and serve with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Freeze for up to three months.
