  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper Adds freshness and crunchy texture.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust to taste for more or less garlic flavor.
  • Salt to taste Salt Add gradually and taste.
  • Pepper to taste Pepper Add gradually and taste.
  • 1 package of crackers For serving; choose flavored or plain.

Preparation

  • Gather and prepare all ingredients, ensuring cream cheese is softened.
  • In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until well mixed.
  • Fold in chopped green onions and diced red bell pepper.
  • Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper according to taste.
  • Taste the dip and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving dish.
  • Optional: Let the dip chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • Serve the dip with your choice of crackers.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The flavors may enhance over time. Not recommended for freezing.
