Preparation

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  • Lightly spray the chicken breasts with olive oil spray. Dredge the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

  • Cook the chicken for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
