Instructions
Preparation
Start by cutting your beef chuck into bite-sized pieces.
Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
Seasoning and Browning
Season the beef generously with salt and pepper.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the garlic butter. Add the seasoned beef bites and brown them on all sides for about 5 minutes.
Slow Cooking
Transfer the browned beef bites to the slow cooker, including any buttery juices from the skillet.
Add the halved baby potatoes to the slow cooker.
Sprinkle dried rosemary over the beef and potatoes.
Pour in the beef broth.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serving
Check for tenderness; beef bites should be fork-tender, and potatoes easily pierced.
Serve warm, drizzling with garlic butter sauce from the slow cooker.
