Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients in one place.
  • Crush the Little Debbie Cakes in a bowl, aiming for fine to medium crumbles.
  • Mix the softened cream cheese with the crushed Little Debbie cakes until well combined.
  • Form small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the truffle balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Dipping

  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled truffle ball into the melted white chocolate until fully covered.
  • Return the dipped truffles to the baking sheet and quickly add sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  • Refrigerate the truffles again for another 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
